  1. Business Support Hours
    Our official business hours are 08:00 to 17:00 on normal weekdays.
  2. After Hours & Emergency Support
    There is an optional monthly bolt-on plan available if this is a requirement.
  3. Retainer Cancellations
    For support retainer cancellations, please note that it could take up to 60 days for us to stop all active upstream services and products (the average is 30 days).
  4. Ticket-based Support
    We use a ticketing system to log and manage all support incidents. Please report all new incidents to us on: support@redsaltdigital.co.za
  5. Hardware / Software Changes
    Any new / replaced / upgraded hardware or software implemented after the initial assessment could have an imapct on existing systems and require additional support. A new impact study and assessment might be required.
  6. Additional Onsite Support
    Onsite retainer bolt-on plans are available for when you need an IT Team on standby for events, conferences, training, installations, etc.
